"So impressed with Ross and his professional assistance, his courage of conviction to suggest correcting bad manufacturer installed water pipes that have an industry known water leaking problem. He advised that I could call Adam and make an appt. to have him come back and change out all the known bad style water pipes and replace it with known good piping. The fortunate part is the entire trailer is not plumbed with inefficient, ineffective water hosing and it is possible to remove it and replace it with industry known much better quality water hoses. Ross's conviction and courage to suggest fixing what is known bad is so appreciated and is so different from what I've encountered in the past from other companies who believe in only replacing garbage with garbage and have no motivation, integrity or courage to do any more than they just have to. The integrity, motivation and honesty of Ross far exceeds what I've encountered previously and very much appreciate it. Adam has been super helpful in scheduling visits with Ross to correct problems as quickly as possible and also in providing other superb information that has provided an avenue to get the RV floorboards that have been water damaged/compromised fixed/repaired. Had it not been for Adam's expertise and willing sharing of information I would still be figuring I had no means of getting the damage from the months long water leaking actually replaced. I have a great deal of respect for Ark Movie RV and heartfelt thanks. I recommend these people for any RV'ers needing assistance."

"We own a Tiffin Phaeton 40IH. When we arrived at Winchester Bay RV Resort in Oregon, we discovered that we had lost all electrical power. We called ARK and spoke with Adam, who sent Ross to fix our problem. He carefully traced all our circuits, discovered the problem, and corrected it, and everything worked great.
