We were on a time crunch, staying at a resort in Bend, about to move across country and our awning broke. Gary came same day, was friendly, quick and efficient with our awning removal. I followed up with Adam a month later for an invoice (I lost mine) for insurance purposes. Adam was quick to respond again and emailed me what I needed. Highly recommend!"

Gary came out, diagnosed the issue and got our slide back in. There were complications, but Gary kept us informed as he was working through the diagnosis process. "We were very happy with Adam (dispatch) and Gary (RV Tech) with Ark Mobile repair service in Bend! They both went above and beyond to help us. We had just sold our home to become fulltime RV’ers. We had owned our new RV 3 weeks when the refrigerator/freezer quit working while in Sunriver Thousand Trails. Of course this was on a Friday and we dealt with the dealers mobile techs by phone for 2 days over the weekend and they were unable to resolve the issue. They said the could get a tech out in a week! Meanwhile we could not keep up with food spoilage. My husband got on the phone with Adam at Ark and he had Gary out in a day. He worked hard to find the issue which was actually not the refrigerator. Gary was kind, prompt and knowledgeable. We highly reccomend this company!"

"We’re camping here in Bend. After an afternoon out, we returned to our travel trailer and realized that the trailer refrigerator stopped cooling. The folks in the neighboring site had Gary from Ark Mobile RV Repair Service here earlier in the day. We asked if they were satisfied with his work and they were very happy with his repairs - he did a great job troubleshooting, finding the issue and fixing it. So we called Ark, even though it was evening. The gentleman who answered was thorough about taking down the details of the refrigerator problem. He took our info and assured us that Gary would be here the next day to take a look at the refrigerator. Gary showed up promptly, assessed the problem and was able to make the repairs. "Gary was out today to help us with a vexing furnace issue. I was happy the moment he pulled up and opened the back of his truck to a well organized and neat shop. I do most things myself so asked if I could observe to learn. He happily agreed. He tracked down the not so obvious problem (cracked fan) and had the part we needed on his truck. "We had a grey water leak under the belly of our Outdoors RV. A friend in our campground gave us Adam’s phone number and he gave us great advice. We took photos of the leak at the gate valve, but he suggested also that it might be our tank overflowed at the top and the leak could be due to that. We ended up opening up the access door under the trailer, letting all the water drain, emptying the tank ourselves and letting it dry out well. And oh my, he was right - it didn’t leak anymore after we started filling the tank again, and must have been overflow. They didn’t charge us and were super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Now we know who to go to for future issues! We highly recommend Ark Mobile Repair!!!!"

"Really amazed and so appreciative with the quick response, tenacity and professionalism of Ark Mobile RV Repair. We called Ark after Camping World wouldn’t look at our rig citing “we can’t see you until November”, but we couldn’t get our jacks to come up or down without manual intervention. Ark met us at the campground the next morning at 9am, worked on our rig for nearly 3 hours troubleshooting our auto leveller, then also discovered an issue with our propane regulator. Gary was incredibly nice, and worked through the various issues with great patience and care. I was also so impressed with all the tools and items in the truck!!! "Let me start off by saying, they are the best! I don’t care what they charge. Be real, much of Oregon is remote. So yes they have certain charges. That supports them so they’ll be there tomorrow when you call and need them! I used to be a GC in a populated state. So I see why they need to do…think about it! That said, Adam moved mountains to get my ac running so fast! I mean he had Gary (awesome dude) come out the next morning! Got my ac working. Living out of a travel trailer can be hectic.
