"Adam and Gary did great work in getting our water heater up and running. They were able to come look at it right away, get the part ordered and get us scheduled for repair before we planned to start traveling again. We were even more grateful that on the day Gary was to fix it, he had trouble with his own truck and was still able to get it done! They were very professional, personable and helpful throughout the process for us. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat, although I hope we don't ever need to as that means trouble for us!"

"Ark Mobile RV Repair is top notch!__I am writing this review after talking with Owner / Manager Adam for the third time in the last 12 months. I've only had to use Ark's onsite services one of the three conversations / issues I've had. Reason being is Adam knows his stuff from top to bottom and around the sides both forwards and backwards. While I've explained issues liked clogged lines and what I've already tried for remedies, or leaks in places I can't visually see...He talks through the possible/probable issues and the areas the problem may exist and what it may take to fix or repair etc.__I've been able to take care of issue number 1 and issue number 3 myself because of his decades of experience and knowledge, but more importantly his willingness to share information with his clients or possible clients as it is may be in a lot of scenarios.__Great customer service and people first approach are worth every penny when needed and is what good companies are built on no matter the industry.__Thanks Adam and the whole Ark Team!"

"Adam offered a lot of helpful info over the phone about waterline leaks and “bad” propane. His tech Gary was out the next day and repaired the leaking line. Seamless transaction. We did not resolve the propane issue but I know what to do when I get back to Colorado and a full service shop."

"Ark Mobile RV Repair came through and got us up and running again with prompt, friendly, and thorough service. We'd recently developed an electrical issue in our motorhome's chassis battery bank. Gary arrived at our RV park early and took careful, thorough steps to diagnose the problem and recommend a fix. With a few new cables, some testing, and a meticulous re-seating of all our battery connections, Gary left the battery bay better than he found it and solved a tricky issue that'd been affecting us for weeks. Grateful for Gary's hard work, and his genuine dedication to getting it fixed for us. I feel confident in the work, and would absolutely trust them to work on our rig again."
