"Adam was very responsive in getting an appointment scheduled for me while on a road trip in the Bend area. It would have been months to get into a repair shop in Portland.__Gary was unable to make the first appointment but Adam called right away to reschedule. Gary was able to fix two out of my three problems and had the parts needed on his truck.
