"May 2018 ~ If you live in Central Oregon or you are visiting I can not overstate why you need to call Ark if you are having a problem with your RV. I called Adam about a Gray Galley Tank leak at the top fitting I had found after a week of drying out the under belly and tracing the leak back to the tank of our 2013 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel. Adam was about a week out before he could get out BUT he took the time to walk me through repair options on the phone after three phone calls over a three day time period. You can tell when a company actually appreciates your delima and wants to help despite being busy. Adam was going to squeeze us in to get out to look at our issue but after the third call was able to help me find a way to repair the leak without removing the tank along with tips on how to properly reseal the under belly. (Adam, the “Scrim” tape arrived yesterday). The cost was Adam’s time and my time to write this feedback. Customer Service is not always easy to find. I appreciate Adam’s patience and expertise. Ark Mobile RV will be my choice down the road when I don’t get away with a DIY project. Thanks Adam ~ have a great Memorial Day weekend! Dave McDowell Bend, Oregon"

"We found out the hard way that Big Country RV did not properly winterize our 5th wheel. And also that they were not going to put much effort in to helping me find a way to get it repaired. I called 6 mobile RV repair businesses and they were all booked out 2-3 weeks! I did an internet search and found Ark. Adam was able to get his son out to us the next day! He located and fixed the problem, and returned a few days later to replace the underbelly, waiting to allow things to dry out. Over weekend in between, I had a problem with the water heater. I called Ark, he was able to offer a suggestion that did the trick. I highly recommend Ark ! Cindy Guthrie"

"Very professional & efficient. Van had all the tools, and Adam diagnosed the problem quickly with my furnace. He did not try to do anything that wasn't necessary and I really appreciate that. I had repair done at my home from the Mesa AZ area and it is so worth the little extra for that convenience! I would definitely recommend!"
