"Recently we were in La Pine Oregon. We had been having trouble with our brand new Norcold refridgerator. We called Ark and spoke to Adam Kleist he wasn't able to actually work on the fridge, but he spent at least two hours on the phone with my husband and he was able to diagnose the problem. When we were done he would not accept any payment.He was very patient and helpful. We are still looking for someone to fix the problem.Nobody seems to want to do warranty work. We highly recommend Mr. Kleist. "

"Called Ark regarding a issue I was having with my Norcold refrigerator , the operations panel would not start the gas or electric cycle. Adam gave me some quick directions to see if I could boot it back up and get it running. After a few minutes of excellent instruction, the Norcold reset and started perfectly. I would recommend Ark to fellow rv owners-- and to rv owners who need onsite service. Thanks Ark..."

"Wish there was a way to give these good people 10 stars! They are reliable, honest, prompt, really know their stuff, and go the extra mile to help out. Gary did the inspection when we bought our used 2005 Arctic Fox camper. He did a wonderful job checking everything out and explaining what he was looking for and why. He even fixed a small nick in the roof and gave us tips on tools we should have on hand - we're relative new to the RV world and we learned a tremendous amount from him. Recently we arrived at our campsite after a long days's drive to find our water heater wasn't working. It was 4:45pm on a Friday and all we wanted was a hot shower. The only thing we could think of was calling the folks at Arc even though we were quite a distance from Bend. We had to leave a message and were about to give up on hot water for the weekend when Adam called back. He spent at least 20 minutes on the phone walking us through troubleshooting the problem. In the end he was able to get the water heater back up and running and refused any payment for his services. What a refreshing experience to deal with someone who was so knowledgeable and whose only motivation was to help us out! Thanks so much to Gary and Adam and Arc Mobile RV Repair Service! We could not recommend you more highly!!! "
