"Stranded in campground, slide ins would not go in. needed to vacate site in 5 hours. Road side assistance called over 20 mobile services, no one could come out (all booked up).I called Ark Mobile and the wonderful gentileman (didn;t get name) gave me some great advice on things to check.. 5th wheel is only 16 mo old, we thought problem was with Command Center. Thanks to Ark , husband checked battery, plugged into electricity but wasn't charging! Plugged into our pickup and solved problem! Will recommend Ark Mobile RV . Thank you Carol"

"We were stuck with slideout problems. Called Wednesday afternoon and they were there Thursday morning right on time. They diagnosed the problem, dealt with the warranty company, got the repair done,so now we can relax. It doesn't get much better than that! Thanks Adam and Gary. "

"Schwintek slide motor went out, stranded, couldn't slide. Ark Mobile responded quickly with very professional work. They followed virus protection protocols. They even jumped through hoops working with my extended warranty company. Their rates are in line with other work we have had done on our RV."
