"Wish there was a way to give these good people 10 stars! They are reliable, honest, prompt, really know their stuff, and go the extra mile to help out. Gary did the inspection when we bought our used 2005 Arctic Fox camper. He did a wonderful job checking everything out and explaining what he was looking for and why. He even fixed a small nick in the roof and gave us tips on tools we should have on hand - we're relative new to the RV world and we learned a tremendous amount from him.
Recently we arrived at our campsite after a long days's drive to find our water heater wasn't working. It was 4:45pm on a Friday and all we wanted was a hot shower. The only thing we could think of was calling the folks at Arc even though we were quite a distance from Bend. We had to leave a message and were about to give up on hot water for the weekend when Adam called back. He spent at least 20 minutes on the phone walking us through troubleshooting the problem. In the end he was able to get the water heater back up and running and refused any payment for his services. What a refreshing experience to deal with someone who was so knowledgeable and whose only motivation was to help us out!

"Our Roadside Service hooked us up with ARK. We were stuck and they came to the rescue! Prompt and efficient. Our problem was the access door to the diesel engine in the rear could not be secured because one of the support arms had popped out of it's normal position. We could not close the door. ARK came to the rescue and solved the problem in a flash. We are back on the road and happy campers."

"My hot water Atwood heater was not working for the first time in a year. I tried all I could think of to ignite it, but was missing something simple. Adam explained both the service min of 1 hour and the service call pricing in addition. Easier to just say 1 number for 1 hour of work, but who cares. I can add. Adam walked me through my system and explained everything, was very honest and polite, fixed my problem and I was heating water before we got off the phone. No charge. Showered an hour later. Thanks Ark Mobile!!! Rare to find kind folks like you."

"We had a plumbing leak and are currently living in our fifth wheel. We called on a weekend and repair was completed on Monday. Work was professional and problems were solved in one hours time."
