"My hot water Atwood heater was not working for the first time in a year. I tried all I could think of to ignite it, but was missing something simple. Adam explained both the service min of 1 hour and the service call pricing in addition. Easier to just say 1 number for 1 hour of work, but who cares. I can add. Adam walked me through my system and explained everything, was very honest and polite, fixed my problem and I was heating water before we got off the phone. No charge. Showered an hour later. Thanks Ark Mobile!!! Rare to find kind folks like you."

"May 2018 ~ If you live in Central Oregon or you are visiting I can not overstate why you need to call Ark if you are having a problem with your RV. I called Adam about a Gray Galley Tank leak at the top fitting I had found after a week of drying out the under belly and tracing the leak back to the tank of our 2013 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel.
Adam was about a week out before he could get out BUT he took the time to walk me through repair options on the phone after three phone calls over a three day time period. You can tell when a company actually appreciates your delima and wants to help despite being busy. Adam was going to squeeze us in to get out to look at our issue but after the third call was able to help me find a way to repair the leak without removing the tank along with tips on how to properly reseal the under belly. (Adam, the “Scrim” tape arrived yesterday).
The cost was Adam’s time and my time to write this feedback. Customer Service is not always easy to find. I appreciate Adam’s patience and expertise. Ark Mobile RV will be my choice down the road when I don’t get away with a DIY project.
