"May 2018 ~ If you live in Central Oregon or you are visiting I can not overstate why you need to call Ark if you are having a problem with your RV. I called Adam about a Gray Galley Tank leak at the top fitting I had found after a week of drying out the under belly and tracing the leak back to the tank of our 2013 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel.
Adam was about a week out before he could get out BUT he took the time to walk me through repair options on the phone after three phone calls over a three day time period. You can tell when a company actually appreciates your delima and wants to help despite being busy. Adam was going to squeeze us in to get out to look at our issue but after the third call was able to help me find a way to repair the leak without removing the tank along with tips on how to properly reseal the under belly. (Adam, the “Scrim” tape arrived yesterday).
The cost was Adam’s time and my time to write this feedback. Customer Service is not always easy to find. I appreciate Adam’s patience and expertise. Ark Mobile RV will be my choice down the road when I don’t get away with a DIY project.

"My hot water Atwood heater was not working for the first time in a year. I tried all I could think of to ignite it, but was missing something simple. Adam explained both the service min of 1 hour and the service call pricing in addition. Easier to just say 1 number for 1 hour of work, but who cares. I can add. Adam walked me through my system and explained everything, was very honest and polite, fixed my problem and I was heating water before we got off the phone. No charge. Showered an hour later. Thanks Ark Mobile!!! Rare to find kind folks like you."

"We found out the hard way that Big Country RV did not properly winterize our 5th wheel. And also that they were not going to put much effort in to helping me find a way to get it repaired.
I called 6 mobile RV repair businesses and they were all booked out 2-3 weeks! I did an internet search and found Ark.
Adam was able to get his son out to us the next day! He located and fixed the problem, and returned a few days later to replace the underbelly, waiting to allow things to dry out.
Over weekend in between, I had a problem with the water heater. I called Ark, he was able to offer a suggestion that did the trick.
I highly recommend Ark !

"Very professional & efficient. Van had all the tools, and Adam diagnosed the problem quickly with my furnace. He did not try to do anything that wasn't necessary and I really appreciate that. I had repair done at my home from the Mesa AZ area and it is so worth the little extra for that convenience! I would definitely recommend!"

"Adam came out to our campsite on Christmas Eve Day within an hour of being called. (We rented an Airstream that, we discovered, had been given to us WITHOUT a waste valve!!! And no heat!!) He had everything in his truck to add a valve and had us flush over and over again to make sure it worked. (Wish the owner of the rental company thought of that.) Then, he rewired the furnace so that the heat worked (wish the owner of the rental company had thought of that) and had us test it six times over 30 minutes to make sure it would hold. He was pleasant, knowledgable and incredibly neat. He saved our vacation since we were within an hour of aborting the trip!"
