"Adam came out to our campsite on Christmas Eve Day within an hour of being called. (We rented an Airstream that, we discovered, had been given to us WITHOUT a waste valve!!! And no heat!!) He had everything in his truck to add a valve and had us flush over and over again to make sure it worked. (Wish the owner of the rental company thought of that.) Then, he rewired the furnace so that the heat worked (wish the owner of the rental company had thought of that) and had us test it six times over 30 minutes to make sure it would hold. He was pleasant, knowledgable and incredibly neat. He saved our vacation since we were within an hour of aborting the trip!"

"Yesterday I called Ark Mobile RV Repair about trouble I was having with my refrigerator. They said they could come the following morning to work on it. The next morning Chris showed up on time to work on it. It took about an hour and everything was working. I was impressed with his service truck and most of all with Chris's knowledge and ability. "Adam could not have been more helpful. He was on another service call but took time to explain to my husband the different things to check when we had no power to our 5th wheel... "We've worked with Ark Mobile a couple of times. On both occasions we mismanaged our waste water tank and caused some problems.__The first time, Ark made an emergency visit to our camping site in Camp Sherman, Oregon and they took care of the problem.__The second time, Adam spend over thirty minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the issue and coaching me through the repair.__They are thorough and thoughtful. Professional and knowledgeable."
