"Let me start off by saying, they are the best! I don’t care what they charge. Be real, much of Oregon is remote. So yes they have certain charges. That supports them so they’ll be there tomorrow when you call and need them! I used to be a GC in a populated state. So I see why they need to do…think about it! That said, Adam moved mountains to get my ac running so fast! I mean he had Gary (awesome dude) come out the next morning! Got my ac working. Living out of a travel trailer can be hectic. Thank you guys for being there and your kind help! Oh, their communication is off the “HOOK”! Don’t believe any crazy reviews! Call them!!"

"First let me say that we were very impressed with this company. We are from Utah and have been traveling for over a week. We started noticing a power issue that we had last December. Our battery was not charging on shore power. We figured it had to be the converter. I called a few companies and left voicemails. Only one responded hours later. I called Ark and Adam responded right away. I explained our dilemma and he was very personable. He sent Gary out to help us out. Gary was in the area and came right over. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better response. Gary got us up and running and identified the problem that that blew the converter. Gary even gave me advice on what to see in the area. A huge thank you to both of these gentlemen. I’m in town for my daughter’s wedding and their response gave us extra time to spend with the bride and groom. If you’re in the area and you need help…..call Ark RV mobile repair. "We wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys again. We were experiencing a melting plastic smell and a breaker that was partially tripping. We were preparing to leave on a 7 day trip and were concerned about the safety of rig. But we only had a day before our planned departure. Called these guys and Gary was dispatched the next morning. He identified some faulting wiring at the water heater. He removed and replaced it and we were good to go with the confidence everything was safe again. Thanks, Gary!"

"When on a recent trip to Bandon our slide motor went out in our motorhome along with a starter relay. We found Ark Mobile repair and Ross on Google and were so pleased with his knowledge, punctuality, kind nature as well as he was able to diagnose the problems find the parts and had them two day delivered, installed and we were back on the road within a week.
