"Our air conditioner quit yesterday and I call and left a message that we would be leaving tomorrow. Adam was so kind to call me back even though he couldn't come out to look at it before we had to leave, but he gave me some things to try as well as told me to take a picture of the tag on the compressor to be able to tell the RV tech in our next destination. That's old fashion customer service.
