"Adam was very responsive in getting an appointment scheduled for me while on a road trip in the Bend area. It would have been months to get into a repair shop in Portland.__Gary was unable to make the first appointment but Adam called right away to reschedule. Gary was able to fix two out of my three problems and had the parts needed on his truck. "I was having problems with my trailer electrical system while I was traveling from Lakeview and was going to be going thru Bend. I called them for help but they said they were swamped and probably wouldn’t be able to service my trailer while I was in Bend BUT the gentleman walked me through a number of things to check and finally the problem was solved. So thankful for your help. This was just the start of a 2 1/2 week trip. Many many thanks. "
